Policy Briefing
The North Carolina General Assembly, various state agencies and the federal government all help shape policies and legislation that affect those affected by chemical dependence. The Alcohol/Drug Council of North Carolina follows these issues and provides information and briefings. ADCNC will update this section frequently as new issues become important.
